Fulfillment Policy

What we provide

BLUE ROCKET SYSTEMS LLC provides professional business management and administrative services. We do not sell physical goods. Every engagement is a service delivered to your business under a written scope of work.

How services are delivered

• Written deliverables, such as assessment findings, priority plans, procedures, checklists, templates and reports, are delivered electronically by email or shared document.
• Working sessions with you and your staff are held by appointment, by phone, video call or in person, as agreed in the scope.
• Milestones. Each scope lists its phases, the deliverables in each phase and the expected timing. A phase is complete when its deliverables have been provided to you.

Scope, fees and payment

Before any work begins, you receive a written scope of work stating the services, deliverables, milestones, fees and payment schedule. Work begins once you accept the scope in writing. Invoices and receipts are issued electronically. The written agreement for your engagement controls if it differs from this policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel an engagement at any time by written notice to admin@bluerocketsystemsllc.com. Unless your written agreement states otherwise, cancellation takes effect when we receive the notice, and no further phases begin.

Refunds

Unless your written agreement states otherwise:

• Fees for work already performed and deliverables already provided are not refundable.
• Fees you paid in advance for a phase that has not started are refunded in full, to the original payment method, within 30 days of cancellation.
• If a phase is cancelled part way through, fees are prorated for the work performed up to the date of cancellation.

Concerns and billing questions

If you have a concern about a deliverable or an invoice, please contact us first so we can review it with you and resolve it in good faith. Contact us by phone or email using the details below before disputing a charge with your card issuer or bank.

Results

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and how recommendations are carried out. Our services are not a guarantee about outcomes.
